Boxplots of the time constants (Ï„ i , increase; Ï„ d , decrease) across derivations in the average map (AV; Figure 1A) and in individual maps (Figure 2). In addition, time constants estimated for derivation C3 against average reference and C3A2 [6] are plotted to the right of each boxplot (left and right oriented triangle, respectively). Boxes represent the lower quartile, median, and upper quartile. The notch indicates the 95% confidence interval of the median. Maximum whisker length is 1.5 times of the inter-quartile range. They extend to the most extreme data value that is not an outlier. Outliers are indicated by +.
