The crosshair was laid on the most significant voxel. Additionally, scatterplots displaying the correlation between the clinical score (x-axis) against the globally scaled gray matter values (y-axis), and parameter estimates plotted as bar graphs are provided. All correlations were significant at our initial p < 0.001
