  1. Rats that had undergone repeated cue reactivity testing were withdrawn from methamphetamine and assessed for motor effects after pretreatment with 1.0 mg/kg SDZ Ser 082 (SDZ; 5-HT2C receptor antagonist), 5.0 mg/kg SB 206553 (SB206; putative 5-HT2C receptor inverse agonist), 10.0 mg/kg SB206 and respective vehicles. Serotonin2C receptor antagonism and inverse agonism had no effect on motor activity.
