Influence of QC overexpression on pE3-Aβ formation. Staining of striatal sections of transgenic E8-hQC mice demonstrated an increase of pE3-Aβ positive cells by het and hom hQC overexpression, respectively at the age of 3 months (A) and 6 months (B).
