Expression of promoter 1b fusion construct in myocytes. The exon 1b/1b' constructs shown in the lower panel of figure 6 were injected into zebrafish embryos at the 1–4 blastomere stages. Live embryos and larvae were observed at various developmental stages under a fluorescent microscope to detect expression of the EGFP-F reporter. Panel A: 2 days old embryo.
