Ependymal CBF over time in the presence of AS-ODN against Gαi2 (122 μM) and ODN control (122 μM, mismatch oligonucleotide), negative (aCSF) and positive (pneumolysin, 500 HU/ml) controls. The arrow indicates when the aCSF was exchanged for complete growth media. Data are mean ± SEM of n = 4–10. The AS-ODN (122 μM) and pneumolysin (500 HU/ml) graphs were significantly different (p < 0.001) compared to the controls, One-way ANOVA with Tukey's Multiple Comparison test.
