There was an increase in sucrose consumption in SAL + GTN compared to SAL + MB (€: p < 0.05) in the first 24 h in control animals (A). In the KET model, therapeutic treatment (B) with GTN (¥: p < 0.05) and MB (¢: p < 0.05) resulted in anhedonia in the first 24 h. Preventive treatment (C) did not result in significant anhedonia.
