These areas represent the areas that would have been stimulated if the participants had been placed in the experimental group. The red and blue ROIs were used to extract the average parameter estimates using MarsBar and served as seed region for the connectivity analyses. 5 mm spherical ROIs were constructed with MarsBar, and are overlaid on ch2better MNI template rendering with MRIcron (http://www.mccauslandcenter.sc.edu/mricro/mricron) for illustrative purposes.
