The analysis of Garcia JH scores. Quantitative evaluation of Garcia scores in different groups at day 1, 3 and 7. Compared with in sham group, the Garcia scores were obviously lower in I/R and LRIP group at day 1, 3 and 7 (#p < 0.05). Whereas, the LRIP administration could ameliorate the neurological function, indicated by increase of scores in LRIP group more than I/R group (*p < 0.05). The data is presented as mean ± SEM from eight animals per group
