D-Line mice present impaired motor coordination. The number of slips by male and female D-Line mice compared to non-transgenic littermates were measured with the challenging beam walk test in 6 (A), 9 (B) and 12 (C) months old individuals. Graphs show mean ± SEM; t-test. When analyzed by one way or two way ANOVA followed by Bonferroni’s post hoc test, factor transgene, no significant changes were observed.
