(B) Proteoglycan fraction was probed with anti-EAVESE, antibody raised against the C-terminal neoepitope sequence of the ADAMTS-cleaved N-terminal fragment of brevican. (C) Proteoglycan fraction after incubation with recombinant ADAMTS4 and probed with anti-brevican or (D) anti-EAVESE.
