Effects of WAY-100635 on neurotransmitters in hippocampus and amygdala of delirium rats. The concentrations of neurotransmitters including NE (a), HVA (b), 5-HT (c), 5-HIAA (d), DA (e), DOPAC (f) and Ach (g) were equally measured in hippocampus, amygdala, prefrontal cortex and striatum tissue homogenates by HPLC. Each value represents the mean ± SD of the parameters recorded, and the statistical analysis by Bonferroni’s test following one way ANOVA. ***p < 0.001 by comparison against indicated groups, N.S not significant
