Activin A levels in the striatum, cortex and midbrain, ELISA analysis demonstrates that striatal administration via an osmotic micropump significantly increased levels of activin A in the ipsilateral striatum (a) and elevated levels in the ipsilateral cortex (b) but not in the contralateral striatum (c) or midbrain (d) when analysed 2 days later.
