B The time to reach AP firing threshold was decreased as the injected currents increased in both types of cells. C The average amplitude of evoked AP was significantly increased in NRXN1α+/- neurons. While AP rise time D showed significant increase in NRXN1α+/- neurons, AP decay time showed no significant impairment between the two groups (p = 0.07) E.
