Sevoflurane can inhibit mitochondrial autophagy related proteins in prefrontal cortex of rats. A Representative Western blot images showing LC3B and NLRP3. LC3BI and LC3BII are LC3B subunits. Tissue used for Western blot analysis was collected 24-h after the last drug-administration.
